Dutch Oven Pancakes

Just a fun recipe to use on your dutch oven fry pan.

Dutch Oven Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk (can substitute with powdered milk)
  • 2 eggs (can substitute with powdered eggs)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients with a spoon until moist. Put oil, margarine or shortening into the dutch oven. Pour or spoon the batter into a hot dutch oven. Cook until pancakes bubble and edged are dry. Then turn pancakes over. Cook until golden brown. Makes 20 pancakes.
